Erath, Pinot Gris, Oregon

Lots of pear and chamomile. Nice acidity with a little bit of minerality. Nice wine for $13.

On the nose pears and ripe mashed apples, but balanced by a light stony minerality. The fruit aromas are ripe and "sweet", but they manage to maintain a certain elegance. Medium body and slightly off-dry, balanced by a firm acidity. Subtle texture, it can pair well with a wide range of dishes.

Light and slightly fruity.

Crystal clear with a light straw note. Dry mineral with light grapefruit, nice acid, medium body with some grapefruit pithy tannins.

Citrus rind, white pepper, potty stone fruit. Good structure. Very nice for the price point.

It is not so much the soft, elegant and subdued flavor and mouth feel we expect. It's sweet. Nice for a warm summer afternoon by the pool. Otherwise, this could serve as a decent desert wine. No formal notes to share.

A bit grassy. Not a lot of nose. Not a favorite, but ok for $14.00

Loads of tart apple and musk on the nose. The palate shows the same, with good acidity. Simple, but a rock solid Oregon Pinot Gris for 11 bucks.
