Grape must, raisin, licorice root, violet. Light, fresh, grapey. Leather and juicy blackberry attack fading into a sour mid. Firm tannins and a lingering finish.

Bright and juicy, strawberry and funk. Well - balanced, light (11.5%), no SO2, with pretty red and some dark berry fruit. The "natural" aspects of this wine are very clear and the level of funk goes beyond a supporting nuance that adds complexity. In terms of weight , balance and dryness, this is a fine food wine, but the by-products of fermentation will prove troublesome for many. I like the style and would happily drink this with pizzas.
