Strawberry, cranberry, pepperoni, bacon, cinnamon and strawberry jam on the nose. Not a huge bouquet, but complex. Thinner on the palate. Mostly strawberry and cherry, with some savoury and salty notes. Not at all tart or tannic.

Pure expression of grenache, esp. on the nose - a ton of strawberry. Excellent acidity. Very fresh. Juicy but lean. 13pct alcohol. A bit simple and one dimensional on the palate, but very enjoyable and food friendly. Tried it in both a Bdx glass and a Burg glass, and enjoyed it more in the latter.

Fruit forward, light to medium bodied drinker. Solid grenache nose, well suited to warm weather service.

Big spicy fruit on the nose. With all teh Les Engants they bottle early to keep the fruit very fresh. Grenache red fruit on the palate too, very texural palate, All very floor fruit here, rocky soils, pretty well drained loamy soils. It is the one of the Dashe set that is Valley floor. Partial whole cluster and all whole berry and whole cluster.

Wines At Our Table; Week of September 20, 2015; 9/7/2015-9/20/2015 : Consistent with prior review - Ruby color with appealing strawberry cream, sour cherry jolly rancher aromas with light spice, and mineral notes. On the palate, it's light-bodied with vibrant acidity, a juicy texture underscored a some dusty tannins with strawberry, sour cherry, plum, spice and a bit of earthiness on the finish. Medium plus finish. A wonderful Beaujolais style wine. Fermented with the native yeasts on the grapes; aged …
