Return to Piemonte!; 11/25/2021-12/4/2021 (Castello di Sinio, Alba, other various locations) : This was a truly lovely wine. More cherry in nature, kindof a sour version. Very pretty. Claudia had talked about a minty-style to some of the wines but this was the first one where I really picked up on that. There’s just this lovely freshness to it. Also a hint of the balsamic. Very nice and a good balance between the fruit and the savory.
