Olifantsberg Syrah Breedekloof

Subtle reduction on the nose, with rubber, black fruits, strawberry jam, and cedar aromas. The palate has a complex array of flavours: juicy blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, white pepper, olive oil, potting soil, minerals, and a hint of menthol. After some decanting, the red fruit emerges and takes center stage, showcasing a distinctly Pinot like character. It's exceptional and great with ribs.
