This bottle certainly came out firing on all cylinders. So well made balanced and fresh. Shocking that this is a bourgogne.

This can certainly get better with a little cellar time but was already so good with great structure and nice acidity and tension on the palate. Can be enjoyed now.

Bright lemon, bit of tropical fruit, struck match, high acid, very tart on opening but mellows and opens with air

A private dinner (Wine Bar 4850, Amsterdam, NL) : Honeyed and firm, shows its age, the oak is a bit resinous and tough, slightly tired.

Typical butterish nose and palate of a white Burgundy. High acidity, but not overruling.

Martine's Wines with Martine Saunier (Formento's - Chicago IL) : Tasting, brief note. Moderate fruit with slightly nuttiness giving somewhat of a Meursault character. Moderate depth and intensity. Ok for its level.
