This is overall just great value at €24 - Lovely sekt. Lovely acidity and the Extra Brut dosage is well-balanced. Citrus fruits, green apple, green pear, yellow pear, a bit of white peach, slight hint of yeast and brioche to round it out with some grapefruit bitterness at the end.

Brilliant bright straw yellow (medium intensity) for this 100% Chardonnay made with grapes coming from various vineyards around Cornaiano, San Paolo and Appiano monte. The nose is alive, compact, with notes of hay and dried flowers, hints of citrus (mostly grapefruit, but also lemon). The mouth is vivid and deep, sapid with a lively but balanced acidity.
