Wine Tasting in Napa (St Helena and Oakville, CA) : Winery Tasting. Huge step up over its standard Napa bottling. Similar composition to the regular bottling, except using a combination of oak, stainless, and concrete eggs, which along with “sur lie” add lots of complexity. Very nice.

Blanc is fruity, smells of Guava & Papaya. Very refreshing & crisp. Pairs well with spicy tinga. Almost has chardonnay aftertaste with food.

This variation of SB fits my palate! Love the tartness which floats into a sweeter pear and tropical fruit (still tart), then rests on your tongue. Complete change from S Hemisphere SB.

Really nice Sauvignon Blanc from Sonoma. Served "chilled" but not refrigerator cold. Medium-full bodied with flavors of green apple, white peach, pink grapefruit, limestone and a hint of honey. Pretty, rich and crisp mouthfeel with all elements in balance, leading to a satisfying, medium-length finish. Excellent expression of this varietal and a plus plus QPR. Will be getting more.
