Not as great as I was hoping, but still nice. Nose of mineral and cranberry. Palate is crisp with a tiny hint of creaminess on the (rather short) finish. Not very complex. Small notes of white peach and strawberry. Bouncy happy bubbles.

PNP. In the glass there is a torrent of tiny bubbles unleashed after pouring. This actually makes it difficult to analyze because all I smell at first is the co2 minerality. Even after a while in the glass this is still going strong but I get some strawberry now and some damp earth. Swishing coats the mouth with acid and these darn bubbles. Sipping shows tart apple skins and bright strawberry flavors, with wonderful fresh acidity and a med length …
