Ripe black cherries, dark currants, and evergreen aromatics. Plush and full bodied, generous and autumnal, more savory than fruity, with ample amounts of depth, structure, and complexity. Nice length on the tasty finish. Hitting its peak but there's plenty of life ahead.

Not as good as the bottle I had 6 months ago. Opened an hour before dinner. The nose is fruit with a hint of mocha. The palate is blackberry, blueberry, plum, mocha and hints of dried thyme. The finish was only moderate in length and a little flat.

Very nice wine and happy that I held onto this one for a few years.

this is good--solid, well-balanced with some dark fruit and boysenberry. but a little bit flat and less intellectually interesting this time...seemed better, bigger, bolder when I had it in 2016.

Pop n poured. Deep bramble fruit with notes of mocha and spice. A bit. Of cedar too. Nice mid palate, but finish falls a bit short. I should have waited two more years. I don't think this one will go 20 years as stated on the bottle
