Hartford / Hartford Court Old Vine Zinfandel Jolene's Vineyard

One of the smoothest zins I�ve ever tasted. Loaded with subtle red fruit and a tinge of blueberry. Definitely ready to drink now.

Beautiful balanced

Tasting awesome! It was the highlight of wines served at my dinner party!

Did not care for the wine - put down another few years to see if there is an inprovement.

I Just opened the first of my two bottles. Drinking well now. I decanted about an hour, and it had a beautiful expressive nose, and well balanced with earthy tones and a nice finish. Soft tannins.

A bit too hot and lacking in earthiness. Will hold onto the other two bottles for several years, as I think this is too young

Black raspberry jam, pomegranate juice. A little bit of an odd bitter, almost soapy note.

On the nose- Big red fruits, some dark fruits, dark cherries, red raspberries, wild strawberries, plums, olives, violets, wild herbs, baking spices On the palate- Big red fruits and some dark fruits, dark cherries and red raspberries, wild strawberries and plums, olives and violets, wild herbs and baking spices on the finish. This is drinking great being still pretty young and I see this aging another 5-7 years if not longer with no problem
