Decanted and still tightly wound after an hour. Depth and mineral features. Cab franc and sauv fruit proving backbone. Softened up as time went by. Served with Indian chicken dish. Held up to the spice.

(13.23.23.33) - Nose was inviting, herbaceous with a hint of pyrazine but not overwhelming. Tannins were nicely structured. At $100 a bottle its priced in a range with some wines that I think are superior. Definitely a favorite from Paso but for Napa prices, go Napa wines.
