Light peach yellow, crystal clear, nutty sherry nose. Dry sherry flavors. Some orange, mineral, smooth mouthfeel with a little alcohol heat. The last and best of the bunch, too good for cooking. Lovely sherry.

- Yellow color - Added to chicken marinade. Light peach, sherry nose. Light dry sherry flavors with sufficient acid to provide some freshness after all these years. Some lemon, not really oxidized like sherry, a bit in between. Some mineral with the acid, some lemon zest.

Clear light golden, sherry nose. Medium dry with acid, carmelised sugar, like a low alcohol amatillado sherry.

Golden straw, nutty nose. Dry, sherry quality with some stony mineral, a little bitter on the finish. Better for cooking sherry.

Light golden, straw color, sherry nose. Dry, Fino sherry, minerally finish. Would be better with a little sweetness on the finish
