Bremerton Block One

Smooth and balanced. Initially a bit oaky, an hour decent helps. Then nice blackberry, plum and vanilla with a decent finish. At 5 years of age very well drinkable. Can be stored for a few more years but would not wait for too long.

Good but way too young. Still had this very unripe flavour. Could not taste oaky notes but more so black fruit. Second bottle won’t be opened within the next 4 years
