Straw gold color in the glass, nose of lemon wax, citrus, and hints of minerals and freshly baked tarts, more of the same on the palate, tasted great with my BBQ sausage and BBQ green peppers. Brightened up a cloudy and chilly Sunday.

Lovely straw gold color in the glass, nose of bread, yeast, lemon wax, and hints of minerals, more of the same on the palate, tasted great with the BBQ sausage and BBQ green peppers. Lovely fine mousse and very fine, profuse bubbles. From a 375 ml bottle.
