I typically prefer Chardonnay that has been in oak barrels. But this was very good. I will get again. Good for the price too. It was late, fairly crisp, and could taste a little oak on the back of the timing. Better not too cold.

Always punches above its humble stature. Faithfully real chardonnay for around $10 with handy screw cap. 89pts+

A very easy to open weeknight "unoaked" chardonnay with a little more going on then most whites at a $10 price point. Fresh, balanced citrus, stone fruit and mineral.

Nice and rich, a lot of flavor and taste. Good on it's own, but also with a nice vegetarian dish...

Inexpensive chardonnay that many of my guests will drink because it doesn't have any oak. I think it is a good table wine with decent acidity, nice citrusand fruit accents. You can definitely tell this was stainlees steel vs. oak. I find it works well for cooking and I don't cook with wines i don't like. Great crisp and refreshing wine for summer.

An unusual chardonnay, has some acidity, touch of vanilla on the finish, tropical flavors maybe pineapple or papaya. Much brighter than most chards. Had with sauted chicken, aspargus, and polenta. The flavors became more blended with food and the pineapple began to come out more strongly. The vanilla finish became more subtle, and the acidity was no longer noticeable.

It doesn't taste unoaked. It tastes like oak to me.

I'm updating my rating from 3 to 3 1/2 stars because I really think it deserves it.

For about $12, it's tough to beat. For a wine of this price, it has surprisingly good balance and flavor. Nothing remarkable, in terms of specific flavor components...just straight down the middle, which in and of itself, is quite rare at this price point.

We ran out of white wine, so we picked this up from the local grocery store. The color is a very pale, almost watery, yellow with just a trace of green. On the nose, not a lot to find. A little yellow delicious apple, and perhaps a trace of lemon. On the palate, decent acidity, with again the yellow apple flavor and trace of lemon, but this is living down to its color. There's really not a lot happening. It …
