Christian Venier Touraine La Réserve du Brin de Chèvre

Even better than I remember from the previous bottle. This surprised me, since I wouldn't have expected this to age as well as it did. Thoroughly enjoyable to drink. A distinctive chenin blanc nose, the mouthfeel is light while at the same time having a luxurious creaminess. Lots of buttery/lactic flavors, particularly on the finish. Fantastic QPR.

Drinks like a light, complex, apple cider. Very light bubbles, juicy light mid palate, with a medium very slightly lactic finish (but mostly malo acids). Very low alchohol makes this a great aperatif wine.

Vin naturel, original, à l'acidité bien taquine, et aux arômes de pomme très dominants, malgré quelques saveurs de coing au palais. Faible taux d'alcool et plaisir assuré tout au long de l'apéritif puis du boudin aux pommes !
