first experience with a pacherenc du vic-bilh. aromas of apricot jam, thyme and an intriguing nori-like note. on the palate carries through with jammy yellow stone-fruit and a little bit of tropical fruit. good acidity to balance the intense fruit and showing a subtle saline minerality on the finish.
