Excellent chard. Well balanced Easy Sri king yet full of flavor

Thickly textures with vanilla and round, indistinct white fruits with some citrus. Weak on acidity. Not my style. Very different from prior year’s vintage.

good attack and decent mid palette

Med oak, vanilla , light lemon tartness, nicely balanced. Very pleasant. Would like to try again in a year.

Peach pear, and yellow apple on the nose. Maybe some vague white blossoms. Not to intense. Not too bad, but not great in my opinion. Drank with a very intensely sour sauvignon blanc, so may be better on its own. Will try again later.

This light golden Chardonnay was entirely barrel-fermented in French oak (29% new, 71% neutral) and aged for eight months on its lees. In the process, it was allowed to undergo 100% malolactic fermentation. The result is a round, creamy-textured white with citrus, apple pie, ginger and graham cracker aromas and flavors. Citrus flavors with a smooth feel, tasted this wine against other AV Chardonnay's and this was the crowd favorite.

From CW. Ok but not great. Starts ok but finishes tight.

Decent, tastefully oaked California chardonnay. Lemon curd, butter cream, vanilla, sour gas thing. Nice finish.

Too much buttery for my taste. Fairly high earth to it as well.

The nose has well pronounced buttery and creaminess that I am not very found of & one can find in some CA Chardonnay’s. Lemon, lime, tropical fruits, limestone, vanilla, just a touch of brown sugar with spring flowers. The body is thick & full. The palate a touch astringent. Green apple, pineapple, lemon, lime, tropical fruits, weighty volcanic minerality, round acidity, rich finish that doesn’t sit well on my palate. I won’t be giving up my White Burgundy anytime soon …
