Ok. Very tropical and suggestive of sweetness. On the palate, this came off as off-dry (especially after the other champagnes) and slightly flabby. Even today when I tried it again, I tried it after the 08 Launois so maybe this is not a fair assessment. Nevertheless, seems good as an aperitif or perhaps with the right food pairing (the bottle suggests chocolate dessert).

A soft-spoken bubbly with tropical pineapple, peach, and a hint of creaminess. Yeasty notes highlight the wine’s overall fruity character and enhance the hint of anise on the finish, which is gently rounded out with doughy creaminess and a light sweetness (still a dry brut at 1.1 percent residual sugar). Delicate bubbles add to this sparkler’s appeal. Drink now.
