Good acid, nose solid, honey and thyme good blanc noir

A decent attempt, though not as impressive as their still wines. Golden, somewhat large bubbles. The nose is rather intense with aromas of crushed stone, gunpowder, red apples, underripe mango and tart lemon. The mousse is a little rough. High acidity, medium body, pleasant fresh flavors of green apples and lemons. Mineral medium long finish.

Sandhi’s take on blanc de noirs. Pinot noir. 2016. Red fall apple, crackers, notes of citrus and nuts. Fresh acidity, small bubbles, medium complexity and length. Charming without great complexity. Quaffable.

Good but a tad simple and very expensive
