Rui Reguinga, Terrenus, Alentejano

By the glass. Straw colour. Modern style with aromas of vanilla or nuts. Too soft and inconsistent in the mouth with some acidity but without complexity or length. Por copas. De un color pajizo. Estilo moderno con aromas a vainilla y a frutos secos. Demasiado suave e inconsistente en boca con algo de acidez pero sin complejidad ni longitud.

Alentejo Trip; 6/3/2018-6/8/2018 : Interesting aged white. Only slight signs of oxidation, with dried nuts and honey on top of lemon and plump apple fruit. Bright yet waxy, some oak in here, richer style but delicious with bruised apple and lemon curd, notes of minerals, too. Fun stuff with a creamy, stinky local cheese.

Lovely, unusually refreshing wine. Appearance: medium straw, clear Nose: citrus, cooked bramley apple, a hint of smoke Palate: very dry, but with a medium+ acidity, amazingly refreshing, citrus flavours - some lemon, grapefruit, hint of pineapply richness
