CS and Merlot. 13 months in barrels. Deep ruby color. Aromas of red cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry, spices, tobacco. Medium+ acidity, medium+ body, plenty of soft tannins. Intense taste of blackcurrants, blackberry, spices, dark chocolate. Young and with ageing potential. Very good QPR.

Again showed why leaving wines like this adds so much. Deep crimson colour, hint of brick. Good cab nose with plenty of cassis and cigar box. Lovely long well balanced mouth with good complexity and nothing dominating. Good balance too

Aromas of blackcurrant but with the unmistakable whiff of Portugal with rosemary and other dried herbs, dusty old books and little bit of black rubber. Powerful ripe flavours of blackcurrant and blackberry, quite chewy tannins which soften out with the benefit of a decant.

Aired in decanter for two hours. Dark red colour. Aromas of distinct red fruits, hints of oak, spice, tobacco and some minerals. Intesified red fruits and hint of oak on the palate. Complex with noticable tannins. Nice wine with good length. Served with sirleon steak. Good match.

Importer tasting (@ PA) : Special. Red as well as black fruits. Some spices. Firm, but soft tannin. Unfortunately also some dairy impressions. This should age well for another 5+ years and I have 1 bottle. Not sure if I should look forward to it.

Improving with bottle age. Medium finish, good mouth feel (a bit hollow on the mid-palate),decent structure still remains to support the typical Cabernet fruit flavors. I liked this wine and will pick up a few more bottles.Should continue to improve for a few more years and remain very drinkable for 5 or more easy.
