Hot year so this needed a bit of decant first. It took like an hour to find itself and lose some of the initial edge it had. After that it found its wild PN self that Dandelion is so known for. That said, I don’t think this is the best vintage, we left it overnight to see if it would continue to reveal itself, however the next day it almost took on weight and you could really taste the hot …

La Paulee NYC 2022 walkaround tasting Very fine nose, fresh mouthfeel on blue fruits, long aftertaste, not very dense but very good at its level, very pure natural wine, no heat and no fuzziness.

Really fine and seductive nose, aniseed and some woody herbs over a shining dark Pinot fruit profile. This has some grip on the finish and is really great now.
