From magnum and drank by the glass from the sommelier's pairing recommendations over our wedding anniversary lunch at L'Envol (St. Regis Hotel, Hong Kong). Very dry and saline,in a good way....both on the nose and the palate. The palate also showed lots of 'Silex' chalk & flint minerality, which gave it a very distinct sense of place to the south of the main Jura. Some length and resonance 'inside the head' on the very pleasant finale.

Die ersten paar Schlucke waren s�urem��ig schon grenzwertig. Okay, dann lassen wir ihn eben ein, zwei Tage stehen, schon wird der Wein ausgewogener, voller, die Pfirsichfrucht kommt mehr durch. K�nnte man noch einige Jahre liegen lassen.
