Samples from Bill #9/10/11; 11/23/2023-11/25/2023 : Blackcurrant, licorice, blackberry - quite dense dessicated fruit on the nose. Palate is sweet and round, it doesn't assert too much structure and it's pretty easy to drink.

Vegemite, forest floor, tar, spice and dark fruits on the nose. The palate is smoother than the nose w/ gamey savoury notes. More vegemite, good acidity and length. It’s weird from a “different” perspective As it opens up it mellows out a bit and shows notes of cocoa, cracked pepper Day #2 it’s better but still a bit astringent maybe a little nail polish
