Could this be the best Sake we have ever come across. Probably it is and based on that is the reason we have broke rank and rated this 100 albeit we usually do not rate Sake. But this is something truly exceptional. Better still followed in the wake of the excellent (but soft) Masumi Yumedono Junmai Daiginjo and shown even above this with a firmer, brighter palate and a lot more energy while sacrificing none of the aromatics or elegance …
