Decanted for an hour and had with grilled steak. Seemed tight at first and dominated by the food, but opened up after dinner as I was able to focus. Body is delicate and nose is muted yet lingering. Taste is full and tannins softened with time. By the end, this wine delivered, though not quite to the price point.

This wine was wonderful at our winery tasting but this bottle is clearly flawed. I reached out to the winery and Florencia, who had given us a wonderful personal tour and tasting immediately sent me a replacement bottle. I appreciate the focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
