What a great wine. Subtle and elegant. Dry, long finishing and very pleasing to drink. Being late disgorged means it is still fresh and charming. Copper coloured with a bead that is fine but persistent. Smelling like red apple, hints of oxy fruit, toast and red cherry. There is spice and rose petals too. The palate is quite structured and dry.
