One of the better Washington rieslings I've had. (Some seem flabby or too sweet.) This one has fairly assertive acidity to balance the sweetness. (I still would like it a notch higher personally, but this is pretty nice.) Aromas of honey, lemon, and lime. Nice minerality and acidity if the temperature is not too warm or cold. SMELL: Tight aromatics. Hints of apple. TASTE: Great acidity. Very easy drinking wine. A great wine to drink during the summer.
