Pop and pour. In the glass, pale red at the rim, gently shading to clear medium-dark red at the core. On the nose, cherries, thyme, and a bit of baking spice. On the palate, more of the same, with a soft texture and some fine-grained tannins on a moderately long finish.

Delicious 🤤, still full of flavor, has good secondaries happening as well. Drinking well now. Decanted for an hour.

Coravined half the bottle earlier in the week, pulled the cork tonight and got right into it. Nose matches prior note but the wine is softer on the palate with slightly less depth but'll still go well w tonights chicken parm.

Lite nose, great pinto flavors and delicate mouthfeel. This bottle has turned the corner and is entering its ideal drink window IMO! Yum 🤤

Coravin'd a glass at home. Red fruit and field after a rainstorm on the nose. Strawberry and cherry with a silky pure coating that envelops the palate. Great pinot thats in the heart of its window best as i can tell. Sadly i poured this to pair w miso black cod....and the fish was bad. Marinade...nailed it Nobu! But ended up pairing it w leftover rigatoni bolognese.

Much better than last time though this puppy has a long shelf life. Good upon PnP -inky purple fruit. Smooth mouthfeel. Still a bit of heat which is why I think a long life remains

First bottle of this that we've opened and what a pleasant treat. Notes taken w 75 mins of air. Red cherry, flowers and faint red licorice/kirsch and smoke on the nose. Nose is more interesting than the flavor profile, which shows soft red fruit that'll go well w tonites King salmon but could also pair well with chicken and many Italian dishes. Tonite reinforces why Dumol is among the few domestic Pinots we purchase, though last falls week in Burgundy …

Big wine with lots of red fruit. Lacked a bit of backbone, but this is in a good place with 30 min of air. Enjoyed with grilled pork loin and roasted fall veggies.

Über-ripe dark red cherry and spice aromas and flavors with silky smooth palate and moderate long finish.

A tad early for this one - started off hot and flat. An hour later, back to the old DuMol magic.

Drank rest of the coravin’ed bottle. Dropping original score a point. Not my favorite dumol by far . Gives a sense of alcohol that I don’t care for. Really liked the 15 so a bit surprising.

Coravin pour. Nice nose, flowers and spice. Bit heavier and fuller than I expected so this took away from it for me a bit. Fruit is dark red to blue. Not in in the lighter cherry / strawberry spectrum at all.

As expected, big fruit with a wonderful nose. Let the bottle breath for an hour. Enjoyed by all with a ham dinner.
