I had very high expectations, so this good (but not amazing) wine feel short. Somewhat muted fruit on the nose and palate, with lots of pepper, spice and some slightly drying tannins. The fruit never really emerged, so it was a little laborious to drink. NR today, we'll see how it is on day 2.
