Fascinating wine. Feels weighty yet weightless. Brisk citrus flavors such as lemon and tangerine, with steely acidity. Flirts with something sweeter -- pineapple or kiwi or even lychee. Ends with a salty bite.

Pop and pour after chilling to ~45F. Pale yellow in glass with pear, apple, flint, and rose-like florals on the nose. The palate has pear, apple, and an almost chalky flint that clears to a short mineral finish when chilled. It reminds me of a bottled spring water where the minerality cuts through to a very refreshed and cleared palate. As it warms it develops a bit of back palate sweetness.
