NOSE: fittingly scented of low-gravity, Dolomite grape skins, with trace imprints of ferment, and yet I'm slightly surprised by its invitation to ponder something deeper. Iron. Ripe seeds. Plush stone and steeped black herbs. MOUTH: square. It starts with textbook balance of sweet berry, spirited, juicy acid, and solemn, mineral tannins. No infections. Enthusiastic and geologically bound. Black muscat. Strawberry. Kelp. The drinkability of this thing ramps up to an absurd level by only the second pour.
