Domaine des Jougla Saint-Chinian Signée

This was both firm and taught, and quite spicy hot upon opening, and really needed an extended decant to come together. I wish we had more time with it, by the end of dinner it smoothed out to a very complex, elegant, red fruited and well focused pleasure. Seems to be a stylistic outlier for the region.
