Herlig syre og god alder

Drank over 45 mins. Minimal complexity. Citrus, minerality, wet stone on the nose. Low viscosity. Lemon peel and a hint of apple on the palate with a tart finish. More of a White Bordeaux tasting profile than I’d expect from a traditional Chablis.

Tasted over 2 hrs -translucent pale yellow-green -muted stony lemon -med/med+ acidity, med- weight very little on mid-palate but then an overtly bitter saline mineral bite on finish -not much there
