PnP, with roast chicken. Too cold initially, muted citrus on the nose & a little citrus & butter on the palate along with some bitter astringancy. With more air & temperature this bitterness subsided and the buttery/oaky flavours could come to the fore. Really not bad at all for a £6 burgundy.
