Andrea brought to CDC at YOT. Again the hands down WOTN [ thank you Bill J]. Earthy bretty (in a good Bdx kinda way) and some iodine in the nose and mouth. Liquid mouth (not viscus) and some tar on the finish. 12%ABV. Another great bottle. 92-pts.

Solid 90. Didn't have much else to open so late into the night. A 2011 Foillard Cru Beaujolais? Not this time. I looked deep into the cellar and found this buried in there. Dusty tannins on the palate and a mix of unsweetened cranberry and mushrooms on the nose. Not your typical wine in this price range. Lovely.

Just finished a bottle opened six days ago. Flawless! Relatively light in color and low in alcohol (12%), aromas of stone fruit, earthy. Long, savory finish. Barraida rules!

Russk. There must be some bottle variation with these. Some are boring and others so compelling. This one was the later. Pleasant notes of Bret, possibly the best bottle of the 2013 that I've had. Some really nice Medoc notes in the Finish. 91+ pts. If it matters, the serial number is f x 0456114.

Russk. Finished 2/3 bottle tonight before I knew it. 12,5% alcohol. So light on its feet, savory, earthy. Get more. Serial # 0456024

Russk. I tasted two different bottles of this on the same day and found them slightly uninteresting. One of the bottles sat open in the frig or a few more days and became more enjoyable 90 points. No need to save these long-term.

Russk. Clean saline nose. Liquid mouth with no viscosity. Nice acidity and mineral cut. Savory. 12% alcohol. Some plum skin. But, this wine is more about texture than taste. Noticing less Brett and tertiary notes on this bottle. Blind, you might mistake it for a 2015 Chinon. 91-pts.

Russk. Love this producer. Earthy, saline, minerally, Bretty (in a good way), balanced, medium bodied. Fantastic QPR.
