Wonderful aged sheen to the strawberries and cream, zippy blood orange tartness, baked apple pie crust…really nice richness to the brightness…in perfect balance with aged character. Loved it!

A bit less petillant at this age, but quite delicious, especially as it warmed. I am not sure the composition but you could sense the chardonnay in its viscosity and subtle lemon on the palate. Generous mouth feel after about an hour and at proper temp, if not longest finish ever. Nice option and good QPR which is rare for Cali bubbles.

By the glass at a restaurant. Loved every bit of this. Fresh berry aromas. Plentiful strawberries, blood orange, pomegranate, and cream on the palate. Rich in fruit and complexity. Extra fine and long-lasting mousse. Really well made!

Beautiful peach in color. This was crisp with the very pleasant flavors including strawberry - very balanced acidity. I highly recommend this wine if you can get it!
