Toasty nose, slight oak and a touch of perfume. Deep golden colour. A touch of oxidation on opening but soon went. Good length. Vanilla and cooked lemon on palette. Full in mouth. Excellent.

Just entering maturity, can develop more. Needs an hour or two in the decanter at present to open. Viscous sweetness married to saline tang, crushed rocks, white flowers and acidic cut. Could stand to develop a touch more, could be a touch more complex and concentrated but this is basically delicious and an imminently drinkable and enjoyable bottle with no flaws. Went tremendously with sole and veggies in a brown butter sauce.

Slight citrus notes, quite a acidic note. Not a lot of oak or softness. Nose subdued.

Had with pork a la moutard.Golden colour. Slight oak at the end. A bit of alcohol at the end.A bit of citrus in the taste. Will drink for another couple of years.
