Les Vins de Vienne Côte-Rôtie Les Grandes Places

Nose: Black, blue and red berries, some orange rind, raw meat/ferruginous, bouquet garni/laurel. Quite complex but still fresh. Épaulé and 3 hours of air. The palate is rather gourmand, full of fruit, the tannins that were initially a little coarse have subdued and it shows a nice brisk acidity. Very "clean". Good and a great companion to a leg of lamb in mustard crust and rosemary, confit garlic, grilled potatoes, flageollets with lardons and oven baked tomatoes.

Beau fruit , s’est ouvert après 2 heures de carafe. Plusieurs année dans le corps.
