Interesting, as it almost tastes like a wine from the southern Rhone. Still coming together; the oak still perhaps dominates a touch. But there’s a ton of juicy berries, good mineral notes and lots of freshness: It just needs some time to soften up and it will be very good. Drink 2010-2015. Food pairing: roast pork or veal, mushrooms.
