Did not decant or allow to breathe before pouring! Poured to a nice medium ruby coloring. The wine had the mature zin-character of briers & brambles initially that quickly gave way to lots of red fruit flavors, particularly cherry. A well knit, strong wine which handled the "polish" goulash nicely. A very smooth zin riding its peak!

Easy to tell that this bottle is past its peak. Let it breathe for about an hour. Still some good components in this bottle - aromas of earth, asparagus, slightly overripe dark fruit. Palette a bit subdued, blackberries, mulled spices and a dusty, spicy finish. Could probably have been a solid 90-91 a couple years ago!

A somewhat subdued zinfandel. A bright cherry red color accompanied by red fruit flavors, cherry, strawberry and raspberry with a little spice around the edge. Tannins have fallen away leaving a smooth fimish. Not a blockbuster, but it handled the cube steak with onions very well! Probably at it's peak!

fleshy and ripe, loaded with fruit, good mouthfeel, nice balance, some smokey notes as well.

Good juice. Needed time to open up but then blackberry and spice on the palate with a nice finish and long legs. Good QPR IMO.

A nice zin with a spicy finish, and a very good value.
