Domaine du Deffends Côteaux Varois Clos de la Truffiere

Smells of Dencorub, tobacco, rosemary, sage and red berries. It is bright but a little skinny in the mouth. You get some of the greener elements adding cool dimension to the wine and it finishes with a black olive saltiness.
