Dry apple cider made with a combination of Finnish apples and Basque cider apples. 5,5% alcohol. Pale yellow color with subtle whitish-green highlights. Ripe and slightly sharp appley nose with light notes of Granny Smith apple peel and a hint of farmhouse funk. Not particularly expressive nose, but neither is it mute. The cider is dry, light-to-medium-bodied on the palate with quite acid-driven overall feel; it's nice to see the cider isn't as lean and green-toned as Finnish ciders normally …
