Tart dark cherry, blackberry, pine needles, beets, rosehips, beef tallow, a little mint and thyme. Elegant and lively on the palate, lots of fresh juicy fruit, pleasantly bitter herbal and earthy notes, beautiful interplay of silky texture and acid cut. Long on pine forest and fresh wild berry nuances. Classic, elegant, intense, this will develop positively for many years. Love it.
