Midleton, Blended Very Rare Vintage Release Bottled 2019

I've had the two previous vintages of this. I think this is not quite as good as previous offerings though it is somewhat consistent in style. The style increasingly feels a bit 'safe' - it's very pleasant but lacking individual character and verve. Everything feels a bit contrived and constructed. Still very pleasant but increasingly feels expensive vs. other fare. if you are willing to spend a bit more the '17 Glendaloch is stunning by comparison. Even the Tullamore Dew …
