Stone fruit, lemon, honeydew, flowers, pineapple, honey, earth, and touch of petrol on the nose. Lemon, stone fruit, citrus rind, earth, minerals, a little honey and herbs on the palate. Focused, mouthwatering acidity, med-full body, med-long finish. Terrific balance. Wow, this wine was good. The acid level was high and yet coaxed you to take another sip.

Drank with Cheese O’Clock. The Cheese O’Clock people recommenced 2018 Trefethen but we subbed 2018 Amici Charles Heintz Chardonnay instead. A good Chardonnay - not much butter but strong oak. No mineralality or lemon. A pretty good wine.

White peach, honeysuckle, wax, orange peel, oak spice, and a touch of something tropical (guava?).

Color: Pale Nose: Very Average Taste: Juicy and Solid Acidity especially on the finish; Less Oak and Very Burgundian with some Tropical Fruits; Buttery Touch is not Over-Bearing Comp's: Hestan Unfiltered, Lloyd, Montelena Chard's are similar; Burgundian style with the crispness and buttery note

Lunch with the Amici team at Farmstead. second wine with salads. Medium/light gold color. Nose showed citrus, orange blossom. Palate of orchard fruits, pineapple, white peach and mild oak. Gentle texture, seems built to be drank now...nice but nothing special
