Very enjoyable VR. Nice village notes with spices and elegant red fruits. Feminine and light on its feet. Open for business and enjoyable now but no rush.

Blind: Elegant, complete, and well-balanced. Red-fruited with a hint of barnyard and a hint of oak. Light body, long finish. Is it worth $300+? Probably not. Am I mad I have a couple more? Also no.

Opened at V&HH. P&P and enjoyed slowly. This just needs more time (and probably more air), even for a '21. Had two bottles of this in the same evening and both of them were quite reductive and very oaky. I know these will get better, but I'd forget about these for at least 4+ years before revisiting.

Like people have been saying, this was ready to go from the start. Very fine tannins that gives this a silky texture with perfect harmony of flavors.

Elegant and refined on the nose with layered, pure cherry and spice. Fine boned on the palate with a lingering finish. Delicious.

Same bottle as nutty08. It�s really fabulous and it�s difficult to imagine a village wine to taste better. Charming, forward and slightly supple as the 21 vintage often is, This is delicious now and should continue to maintain it. I�m not so sure about the whole cluster bit, as this is usually fully destemmed. But it does have a lovely spice note with the cherry and pomegranate. This is pretty great

Maybe as good as village wine gets? So seamless and polished. Shows a little whole cluster influence but there's dense concentrated but elegant blue an red fruit here Yes a little vosne spice, but the elegance and seamless transition from palate to finish really stand out. I'm sure this will deepen and add complexity with time but delicious now.

Super delicious and open despite its youth. Tons of spice, floral notes, and red fruit - cherry, cranberry - on the nose. Excellent balance of fruit and supple tannins that are supportive but integrated, this shows all the signs of having a beautiful, long life ahead.

Delicious young Burg. Bright red fruit, a mix of sweet and tart cranberry and raspberry. A touch of rock and tannin on the finish but not at all stern. Joyful and drinking really well without a decant.

Au CC&P. Nez de petits fruits rouges, marqu� par un �levage luxueux, qui diminuera � l�a�ration, plus floral ensuite. Jolie bouche juteuse, avec une texture �l�gante. Il n'est pas tr�s long, mais il a des tanins fins et le beau fruit� pur des bons 2021. C�est l�ger, mais d�un charme irr�sistible! 91-92 pts

Beautiful nose with lots of red fruit and berries, floral notes, and spices. Good acidity with more red berries and cherries, good structure, and a small hint of forest notes on the palate. Nice finish. This is very impressive for such a young village wine. Can clearly be enjoyed now but there is big upside. 93-94++

This rocked. The tannins and acidity are at a very approachable place right now. Good tension and intensity on the palate, yet texturally silky and light-footed. A hint of spice, florals, and red cherry on the nose. Just a very pretty wine.

This is amazing! So smooth! Delicate and refined. Red fruit, crushed fruit, cranberry, cherry, smoke, tar or ash, purple grapes, pink peppercorn, maybe a little clove. Lovely and balanced!

Splash decant. This is already drinking so well. So elegant. Medium plus intensity with tart cherries, cranberry, raspberries jumping out of the glass. Tobacco leaf on pnp that dissipates with air into that sweet red fruit so pure. Baking spices- cinnamon and clove with some white pepper. Medium plus acid medium plus finish. Appropriate concentration. Last glass best glass.

Thought my bottle needed quite a bit of air. PNP'd and consumed over 2-ish hours. Beautiful red fruits -- more on the underripe side -- fine tannins, with nice intensity and a long finish. However, there was en edge and weight to the finish. Thought the spices, while present, was fading in and out while we drank it. Feels like this would get better in a couple of years and/or it needs a lot of air.

One of the best village wines in the biz, and 2021 is already drinking beautifully, quite different than the richer 19 and 20�s, but soft, pure and seductively elegant with transparency and detail, and a liquid velvet texture. Last sips were the best. Love these wines!

We decided to check in on a bottle from 2021 vintage over the course of dinner and this Vosne-Roman�e from Mugneret-Gibourg was already in such great shape (as we've become accustomed to hearing about many of the wines from the vintage). The nose was incredibly aromatic as sous bois and tobacco carried a bouquet that was undercut by raspberries and a light vegetal / green note. The palate offered a great medley of blackberries, strawberries and a hint of red …
