Sixteen 600 Grenache Rosé

Did not need much time to breathe. Nice aromas of strawberry, with hints of honeysuckle and wet stone, and just maybe a dusting of cinnamon. Nice balanced structure with medium acidity and medium body. Flavors of strawberry, watermelon, pear, apple and minerals, with hints of lemon and grapefruit. The medium finish is very similar to a nice sauvignon blanc even tho this is a grenache rose. This is a very good rose, ready for summer-time enjoyment in 2025. Well-done !
